Hospital Beds

The hospital bed is the centerpiece of the patient care environment whether at home or in hospitals, nursing homes or assisted living facilities. The hospital bed allows for patient positioning and safety not possible with standard beds. Some Semi-Electric Hospital Beds allow for raising and lowering the head and the knee break through the use of an automatic hand-held control. Raising the entire bed height, however, is accomplished through use of a manual crank.  With  our Full Electric Hospital Beds the raising and lowering functions of the head and knee break and the entire bed deck height adjustment is operated by a single hand-held control.

The convenience of a Full Electric Hospital Bed for both the caretaker and the patient makes the price difference insignificant.  Life is easier for the caretaker because the full-electric bed is easily raised electrically so the caretaker does not need to bend so far over to care for the patient.  It is easier for patient to get into or out of bed because he can raise or lower the bed with a simple hand control.
